HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? Normal production time varies from item to item, but the average is between 7 and 10 business days. Production time begins after final approval of art. Remember, to allow additional time for shipping. |
RUSH PRODUCTION Deadlines...they are usually sooner than later. Almost all of our products can be produced with some sort of RUSH service. Most items have a 5, 3 or 2 day RUSH option. A 1 day rush option is also available on many of our more popular items. Please note RUSH Service will usually require an addition cost per item and/or a flat RUSH CHARGE. Expedited shipping is usually required for jobs produced in a RUSH. With normal production all jobs ship UPS Ground. Expedited shipping options include 3-day, 2nd Day and Overnight shipping. |
SET UP & SCREEN CHARGES Most products require that a silk screen or printing plate be produced in order to apply your art to your product. If your artwork is more than one color, a screen must be made for each color. Additional printing locations will also incur additional set up charges. New embroidery work will require digitizing. Screen charges are one-time charges per product, per imprint. |
LESS THAN MINIMUM QUANTITIES Although, all of our products post a minimum quantity that can be ordered, many products can be ordered in less than minimum quantities. If your project requires a less than minimum quntity, please contact customer service at 832-867-4040 and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that less than minimum orders usually require additional fees. |
PAYMENT OPTIONS In order to expedite your order we suggest paying by credit card. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards.
Alternative Payment Methods Include: Money Orders, Company Checks and Personal Checks.
If you are paying via one of these alternative methods please call customer service and place your order over the phone. Please note that your order will be delayed a minimum of five business days for checks to clear.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS ACCEPTABLE FILE TYPES
• Vector art is by far the best type of file to submit for your artwork. Vector art is usually created in Adobe Illustrator - .AI or EPS files are acceptable. Please convert all of your fonts to outlines before e-mailing them to our art department.
• Adobe PhotoShop (300 dpi +) .PSD files
• High resolution (300 dpi +) .JPG or .TIFF files.
UNACCEPTABLE FILE TYPES
• Any files set up for or removed from the Web, such as low resolution JPEG, GIF, PNG etc
• Any artwork imported into a word processing program such as:
Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.
• Faxed artwork is NOT clear enough to reproduce on your imprint.
